4. Complaints and applications

For requests and complaints, you can write to us through the Support section on wiozen.com or [email protected]. For disputes, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee in your place of residence or in the place where you made the transaction, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade; above those limits, you may apply to a consumer court. Where the law requires it, you must apply to a mediator before filing a lawsuit. You can also file an application with the Consumer Arbitration Committee through e-Devlet (Consumer Information System).
